1. What will include in the package?
Condenser, evaporator, compressor, controller, hoses, wires and installation kits, expect for compressor bracket,belt and refrigerant.

2.How about your warranty for new units?
We will provide one year warranty for our all units, during warranty, if the unit has any quality problems, we will offer free spare parts for you, after warranty, we will provide spare parts for you with charges for products lifetime.

3. What is MOQ and delivery time for Huayun Transicold refrigeration unit?
We can accept samples before bulk purchasing, so MOQ is 1 set, our delivery time for samples will be 3-5 days after payment, 1~2 weeks for bulk purchasing.

4. How can I ask for compensation if there is a failure of the units?
Please take photos and video of the failure parts and send to us in the first time; we will send you free spare parts after confirmation if goods are within warranty period. If not in warranty period,technical support is available for the product life time.
