1.  What is your MOQ and delivery time for refrigeration units?

We can accept samples before bulk purchasing, so MOQ is 1 set; our delivery time for samples will be 3-5 days after payment, and 1~2 week for bulk purchasing...

2. What will be included in the package?

Condenser, evaporator, controller, hoses, wire harness and installation kits, expect for compressor bracket, belt and
refrigerant.

 3.What's your warranty for refrigeration units?

We will provide one year warranty for our all units. During warranty, we will offer free spare parts; Out of warranty, spare parts will be supplied for products life time. 

4. What ambient temperature that your refrigeration units can survive?

Our refrigeration units perform well under ambient temperatures between -30C to +50C.

5. How can I ask for compensation if there is a failure of the units?

Please take photos and video of the failure parts and send to us in the first time; we will send you free spare parts after confirmation if goods are within warranty period. For failures out of warranty period, to be negotiable. Technical support is
available for the product life time.
